Costa began his career in 1999 as a sales engineer at SFR, steadily advancing within the company. By 2011, he became the commercial director for Southern France. In 2013, he shifted to operations, assuming the role of director of operations for SFR’s telecom division. In 2021, Costa joined Altice France’s Executive Committee as consumer executive director, overseeing B2C operations for SFR, RED, and MVNO brands.

With over two decades in telecommunications, Costa has developed a deep understanding of marketing, sales channels, and customer service strategies. His extensive experience will support his role at Groupe Barrière, where he aims to drive customer engagement, enhance the overall experience, and ensure sales and marketing efforts align with the group’s brand identity.

Costa holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering and a Master’s in International Business Strategy and Engineering from ESSEC Business School.
